We want everyone to be able to use the Passerelle: people who are blind or partially sighted, hard of hearing, with reduced mobility, and those who find reading or writing difficult.
What we have put in place
- Screen readers: on the pages we checked, every useful image has a text alternative, every form field has its label, page headings are in order and the language of each page is declared.
- Keyboard: the site can be used without a mouse. On the first press of the Tab key, the “Keyboard navigation” button takes you straight to the content or to a heading of the page; the selected element always stays visible; menus open with Enter and close with Escape; on phones, screen readers read the menu button as “Menu”.
- Colours: the contrast of the main texts and buttons has been checked (at least 4.5 to 1).
- Zoom: you can enlarge the pages on a computer and on a phone.
- Your display: at the top of each page, the “👁 Display” button lets you choose high contrast (black on white), large text, text only (no images) and the speed of the voice. These choices stay on your device: nothing is sent.
- Listen to the pages: “🔊 Listen to the page”, “🔊 Listen to the menu”, pause and stop; if your phone has no voice in your language, the button explains how to add one.
- Listen instead of reading: in the forms, the 🔊 button reads each question aloud and the 🔁 button reads your answer back (with your phone's voice).
- Speak instead of writing: the 🎤 microphone on your phone's keyboard writes for you. On the Contact page, you can also leave us a one-minute voice message: we turn it into text and reply to you in writing.
- Tap instead of writing: quantities, seasons, packing, delivery time, absence, reply time… are chosen with large pictures that are easy to tap. In “My space”, large tiles lead straight to each part.
- People who are hard of hearing: no information is given by sound only; all our replies are in writing; under each company presentation video, the text of what is said is written.
- Sign in without a password: on a recent phone, you can sign in with your fingerprint or your face (passkey).
- No picture to decipher: the protection against robots is a simple box to tick.
- Less movement: if your device asks to reduce animations, the site stops them.
- Weak network: the pages are light, and once the Passerelle is installed on your phone, pages you have already viewed stay readable without a network.
What is not done yet
These points were checked on 2 November 2026: by a program on all 749 pages of the site, with the keyboard and on a phone screen on the main pages, and the contrast was measured on 10 pages in the 5 languages. This is not yet a full audit by a specialist: we therefore do not declare the site “compliant”.
A problem? Tell us
If a page, a button or a form blocks you, write to us using the contact form: we will reply in writing and help you get the information or complete your request another way.
