Have you seen content on the Passerelle that seems illegal to you: a fake company, a scam, a copy of your company, your data published without consent, a prohibited product? Report it here. Every report is read by a person.
Is someone in danger right now? Call 112 (European emergency number; in France, 17 for the police). If you are the victim of an online scam in France, also report it on 17cyber.gouv.fr.
How we handle your report
- Acknowledgement of receipt: you receive an e-mail with a number (S-…).
- Examination by a person, objectively. No automatic tool decides.
- The company concerned gives its side: in a disagreement, there are always two sides. Nothing is removed on a mere accusation.
- Decision: the content is kept, removed, or the report is judged manifestly unfounded. You receive the decision, its reason and the possible remedies. If content is removed, the company also receives the reasons.
Protecting honest companies
A report must be precise, reasoned and signed (name and e-mail). Presenting content as illegal while knowing this to be false, in order to have it removed, is punishable under French law by one year's imprisonment and a fine of €15,000 (law on confidence in the digital economy, Article 6). Reports judged manifestly unfounded are kept on record: a person who sends several gets nothing more.

This mechanism complies with the European regulation on digital services (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Articles 16 and 17). Report data kept for 5 years, like our other evidence, then erased.
